I figured it out on my own. There are 2 additional E3D layers besides the E3D device model that also needed to have the Phone.obj file relinked. What threw me is the phone comps are constructed a bit differently than the laptop comps. #1 you have a pre comp within the laptop comp, none in the phone comp and there is only 1 E3D device model layer vs the 3 within the Phone comps. Once I figured that out and made sure all E3D layers were relinked it corrected the problem. Thanks.

No, we don’t have a 4K version. Keeping the excellent quality and making the pre-render in 4K would make the template very large. But if you have the Element 3D plugin, you can set the resolution of the template to whatever you want.

1. Run After Effects as administrator
2. Set the lowest quality when editing (see screenshot). After finishing editing (before rendering) restore the parameters back.
