Hi～，Thanks for your intersting for this item, sorry this pack was made by CC2019, Iam not very sure if the .mogrt file is suit all older verisons, although I know some ways can achieve your question, but I think they are not easy to take.
Can I stretch it in timeline to change the duration?
If you want to extend duration in premire, which I recommend here, watch the action at 1:30, which works for all mogrt

This pack works fine, top comment doesn’t now how to use… its simple, you can use for full sentences, change font, resize easily. Not sure why there is such a shortage of decent info text mogrts like this one.

These are terrible presets. You can barely customise them, they crop themselves when you try to make them bigger, and are inflexible. AVOID.
Sorry for not giving you a good experience, when you try to increase the size of font, you can adjust the postion property to get a suitable layout
