how difficult is it to add my own new 3d element into globe? (say a reindeer)

Say an .obj object or maybe replace one of the trees with a new 3d object?
Christmas Globe Elements it not use element 3d , i render 360’ from 3d and set expression in after effects , if you want put your model i can render for you or i can set project in element 3d
