Hello, the second version is inside the main version. You need change the color scheme of your project using Effect Control layer and its settings. Besides you can switch off the tint effect to give your footages natural color or switch off Posterize effect. Please, read the Help file for more instructions.
Is it possible to modify the speed of the scrolling text or lengthen or shortan a Frame placeholder fram so for example allow a clip to complete before transitioning to the next

Hello. You can not easily modify when the explosions and numbers appear, because it is not a modular project. There are mainly typical operations for those who are good at after effects, such as placing keys, cutting the layer at the input and output, and so on. You can take some lessons on the Internet, youtube to make these operations.

Hello. Sorry for delay answer. Reveal all layers in composition “Render me”. Find all layers (use the search bar) named “Explosion”, “Sticks”, “Stones” and hide these layers.

Hello. Yes, sure. You can change it. Go to folder “other” on project panel, find compositions “Text..”. After that open it and delete the layer with Number effect. Place your own text.

Hello. It is very easy to change or remove text. Open folders “TEXTHOLDERS”- “Additional Text” on Project panel and find composition “Wind Text”. Open it and edit or remove text inside of it.
