Hey, Ive installed the plugin but nothing happens when i drag and drop or double click on the transitions. It loads to 100% but nothing appears on the timeline. Any help?
Within 15 mins found a fault – can not alter TEXT of one of the MOGRTs.
In Titles > Kentic > #13 – ECHO TEXT – there is no ability to change the text at all – either in customizer of the ATOM UI, the Essential Graphics panel or Effect Controls panel.
This option hasn’t been selected when building the .MOGRT or there is an error.
I wonder if there are any others that are erroneous.

Hello! If the videos will be create for commercial purposes, you need an extended license. In other cases, a regular license will be okay.

My transition pack just stopped working so I thought if I went ahead and updated my OS that it would work properly, now it keeps giving me an error code not available on OS, is there and update coming for this soon?

I’m noticing that you are unwilling to publicly address the problems people are having. If you would simply provide a public answer, we could find out solution and get back to our projects. As it is, we must stop working on our projects, send an email, and then get back to work if and when the solution finally arrives. I hope you would reconsider how you support your customers.
Hello! Our position is related to the fact that it is impossible to send any media files (screenshots / videos) in the comments to the project.
