I am sorry but these kind of titles cant run smoothly in real time in Premiere Pro without rendering, because they inculde After Effects expressions. However some of the titles are simplier and they can play almost smoothly after a couple of tries. One more tip: the less words, the more smoothly playing. Thanks for your feedback!
