Oh perfect, now I understand. It depend by the fact that AE has not a specific fonction for 3D, so this template use a trick which isn’t perfect, especially for thin circles. A solution for your problem can be this:

In “Logo” composition insert a new solid layer and choose a color for it (the same color of your logo is perfect). This will fill the space between the 2 thin lines of the circle..
