Hey, we got a PROBLEM here: every single one of the screen shots is OFF by A LOT in BOTH versions. The whole thing is unusable.
Phone Mockup CC18 (v12.1.1).prproj => Tracking is way off
v2 ( If the screenshot speed is different ).prproj => Tracking also not correct
Take a look at this video showing the problem: https://www.screencast.com/t/h5no8i2yUAll of the tracking for the masks and screens is off in both versions.
This is a major problem. Unprofessional and disappointing. Please provide a refund or an updated project.

if you have an after effects version of this that works better than Premier I might be open to having that as a replacement.
your project is impressive and I want to like it… but I need it to work.
I wanted to follow up here and comment on a few things in public:
1- Thank you for your fast response and help.
2- I had to go into every clip and adjust the timings myself, the process took me about 4 hours to do, but if I had to do it again I think it could be done in 2.
3- I am indeed using Premiere 2020, which I admit is not the same as Premiere CC.
Ergo: if you update to Premiere 2020 I think you will see the problem and hopefully it can be resolved for future users. Because Adobe “auto updates” for many users I would humbly suggest that some notice be placed on this page to let people know what they are getting into if they are using Premiere 2020.
In closing: It’s still a nicely done project and ultimately I was able to get it to work with some effort. Hence I will give a good rating mostly because you responded to me quickly and that means a lot.

Hi there, I’ve followed instructions on tutorial (inc. alpha channels at export) however I’ve tried two different formats of videos for the screen content and my exports as .mov and .mp4 are coming out as blank screens.
