1) download the latest version of the package from https://videohive.net/downloads
2) install the the latest version of the RTFX extension https://rtfxanimation.com/download/RTFX.zxp using ZXP installer.
3) close and open After Effects. Run the “RTFX” extension. Then click “Install pack” ( https://i.imgur.com/EDECcoX.jpg ) and set the new path to the update package in the extension

Hi, I was trying to install the pack and I’m having a problem loading the pack inside of the extension in After effects. Once I click the ‘Install pack’ button, it opens the window for selecting the .pack file and then the extension won’t show anything. Thanks for any advice.

i downloaded the pack, dragged it into my c drive which is the drive i downloaded after effects to. then i restarted after effects and double clicked on the RTFX.pack and its saying after effects error: Cant import file type “RTFX.pack”: unsupported filetype or extension, any help would be appreciated, thanks
Hi! What ZXPinstaller are you using? If your OS blocks ZXPinstaller, you can install the RTFX extension manually. Please follow all the steps in the tutorial.

My RTFX keeps logging me out whenever a new AE updates. I’ve just tried to use it and it says ive logged in 3 times and wont work. How do i fix this.

I noticed that your collection is missing a lot of items after the update, for example: “Energy 024 Impact Explosion Right” “Debris 012 Up Transition”
I bought your collection for a very long time, and I still have an old archive. And if you compare it with the new ones, then a lot of elements are missing. Is this a mistake or have you removed them for good?
Hi! Yes, we have removed some bad design elements in the latest update.
As a customer, I am extremely saddened by this decision. After all, you have deleted the elements that I used. I also bought Elemental 2D FX pack from you a long time ago. And I found that you deleted a lot of elements there too. Let us buyers decide which items to use and which not. After all, I gave money for what you deleted. If some elements seem bad to you, then they can be made better, but not deleted.
Sorry for the inconvenience. There is no a convenient way to update the product for everyone, unfortunately( We have deleted 20 bad designed elements, but added new 500 elements. Most customers were satisfied by this decision.
