• The template you received matches the preview — except for the photos (which are placeholders) and the music, both of which are clearly stated as not included in the project description.

Additionally, you opted for the .mogrt version, although the After Effects version is also available (with a link provided in the description). The .mogrt format does have limitations in terms of deeper customization, which is why we also offer the AE version for those who need more flexibility.

As for the music — yes, it is a separate purchase, as noted in the description. This is a common practice on most marketplaces, and we always make sure to provide a direct link to the track to avoid confusion.

So just to confirm: the main issue is that the music you heard in the preview isn’t included with the template, and you feel that it should be?
