DOES NOT work on the latest AE 2021, keeps throwing up errors

Hi Colin as explained in our brief conversation via email – its your system fault, I offered you the official solution from adobe (which knows that issue) in case you change your mind and want to have look I am posting the link here as well:

I am on a clean install of windows and the latest Adobe CC. As stated at the bottom of that thread you linked, it will work on Adobe 2020 but NOT Adobe 2021
I am really sorry for the inconvenience already caused! Of course this is not a place for an argument. You could either follow the adobe solution linked above (even if you have to step down a version – just released versions are always tricky) or contact Envato explaining your claim for a refund. Keep in mind that authors has nothing to do with refunds.
After making the purchase Sales Graphics Package I have downloaded the file. It looks like Sales_Graphics_Pack.zxp file is corrupted. I am not able to make any progress on it. Tried downloading the packing again but same issue. Support also could not help. It will be great if you can help me on this. issue. If needed we can have a remote session.

Try these two workouts:
1. Unzip the downloaded .zip using the 7-zip – Link: https://www.7-zip.org/
and
2. Install the .zxp file using the zip installer from here: https://aescripts.com/learn/zxp-installer/

thanks for the update!
However we have tried the same and ZXP installer files installation failed because it says extension is invalid. Also extraction from 7zip throws error with some internal header but that was for MACOX folder which is not needed in my case. Please let us know what needs to be done to resolve this as my project is crossing the deadline because of this.

It might sound really weird but try re-downloading the file everywhere except your desktop AND make sure that the file system, on the disk you are downloading the file, can work with large files. Unzip/install as suggested in my previous.

Hi There. I’m also having probelms unzipping with winrar. tried to download it over 4 times into different locations. can you please create a fix?

The truth is that I tried to emulate your problem without success. Everything works flawlessly here.
After a deep google search I found that unzipping large .zip files on windows something is a problem. So it is reported that this is works: https://www.7-zip.org/Please let me know about your progress.

Hello, when unzipping with winrar I get a message: Sales_Graphics_Pack.zxp is damaged? I have downloaded 3 times and I get the same error your help please. Thanks
