Same issue as everyone else. The elements/graphics don’t seem to be aligned properly. They look good on a 4k timeline, but not in a lower res timeline. I’ve already tried importing them first on a 4k timeline as you suggested in some of your comments, however, when I afterwards copy them from a 4k timeline to a lower res one, they still don’t look good. What is the solution? Because currently as it is, no one of these are usable. The are all broken.
Hello, I’ve replied on your email. I will duplicate it here. Here is the quick solution: When you applied macro files into the 4K timeline, you need to make it a compound clip. Right-click on the macro file and “New Compound Clip…” After this, you can treat it as a video file. If you need to change something, just open the Compounded clip and customize it whatever you need.
Hi, I wish we could change the background color for all the elements. For example, in the Info Bar section, we can’t change some of them and it would be very useful. An update would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I was not aware that many of these elements would be broken when working in a 1080p timeline.
This is my first time purchasing a graphics pack and I expected that a higher resolution graphic would work fine on a lower resolution.
I have read the comments and noticed others have the same problem and the solution is to work in a 4k timeline. I can not over-exert my computer and need to work in a 1080p timeline. Is there any solution?

The icons in a lot of the items are misplaced.

Thank you, that was the issue i had imported 4k footage and assumed the timeline was matched correctly. upon checking it was still set as 1080p.

How do I change the YouTube logo on the openers to my logo?
You can’t change logo in davinci resolve due to program limitation. But you can do it in Fusion as well, if you have basic Fusion skill. If you want I can share you editable file. Contact me via profile page

I’m also having problems with the subscribe elements.
I saw that it can be a solution to use the timeline as 4k, I tested it and it worked. But, just like another customer, neither is equipment to be able to work in 4k.
I would like your support to guide me on how to proceed.
Thank you, I will consider it. For now, you can apply it at 4k resolution and scale it down to Full HD. This should work fine, as macros are lightweight already and shouldn’t load your computer too much.

I purchased and successfully installed, however there are only 3 endscreens that were included (No’s. 1, 3 & 6) I wanted to use one of the endscreens that I saw in your promo video but it wasn’t in the download. How do I install ALL of the endscreens shown in your promo video?

You can use 4k timeline only to add macros, after this you can move them into your working timeline.
