This file is not working for me, I have tried to download it four times and each time it says “The file isn’t compatible with Quick Time player”. Anybody have any suggestions??

I dont know. This video encoded with photo png+alpha features. You can google it and look for solutions. Video has not any problem. 20 people downloaded and used it before you. Please look for solutions….
I have never had this issue before when buying items on videohive. I click download and the item downloads with no issues. Please can you resolve this issue or refund me my money as it is not working for me.
