Hey there, I’m having a strange issue with infographics in After Effects. When I add an inforgraphic comp to a project I’m working on, the pie charts and the bar graphs won’t go past 50% (so the pie is half full, and the bar only goes up a certain amount). Is this a common problem or am I missing something?
I’ve tried to fix it using the controller but it just goes to the halfway point and won’t go beyond that.

[SOLVED – APRIL 8, 2021] Toko 4.0 is working in After Effects and NOT Premiere Pro
TL; DR – you’ll have to purchase an additional license to use the Toko Graphics 4.0 extension in Premiere Pro .

Hey Motioncan, can you just advise people in the comments to purchase an additional license instead of saying “Email Us”? Your supporters are coming here for a solution and you’re actually creating an additional step for us to solve a VERY common issue/question.

I think you’re right, we will definitely improve our support and our project description! And we will also change our approach for some questions!
But I also disagree with the title of your post. You are saying that the project cannot be used in Premiere Pro, and this is not true. Since this project contains not only files for After Effects, but also ALL animations for Premiere Pro (mogrts). And those who bought this project can FULLY use animations in Premiere Pro through the Essential Graphics Panel. Therefore, I think that to say that this project only works with After Effects and does not work with Premiere Pro is not true.
We recently updated the mogrt files for the latest version of Premiere Pro, and now you can change the placeholders in the mogrt files right in the program (with a simple drag and drop) We have updated both the special version for Premiere Pro and the mogrt files included in this project.

Motioncan, thanks. I believe in your product – and since the two years that I have been using your plugin, this was my first big issue. So I think that says a lot about the effort your team puts into this product. It’s an incredible asset.
I was more than happy to purchase and support the continuous development of this pack.
I hear you. You’re essentially saying it’s ‘technically’ there… Sure. But we’re here because something that we could previously do, is now un-doable. Like, the Motion Bro extension won’t even read the file extension. Essential Graphics or not…the plug-in + mogrts aren’t working….
Between the updates to Motion Bro, the updates to this Pack, the extension available in Creative Cloud, etc. It’s just not yet seamless (or obvious) that we need to do x,y,z, etc. to get Motioncan fired up in Premiere Pro.
Something changed and people are confused. So we’re here asking questions and ultimately being told to email someone…
My recommendation is that you make is super clear somewhere, publicly.
I still think it’s worth the purchase. And if it supports your team to iterate, I’m all for it.

By the way, we didn’t remove the ability of the project to work in Premiere Pro, since before the Toko 4.0 update, Motion Bro did NOT work with Premiere Pro! Therefore, from the very first version, the project had all the mogrt files that can be used through the Essential Graphics Panel (https://youtu.be/oQ_c8fIN6DE)
When the 4.0 update came out we were able to provide support for Premiere Pro and released a special pack for the Premiere Pro category. Therefore, we did not take away from customers the ability to use mogrt through the Essential Graphics Panel.
I will clarify again, before the Toko 4.0 update, the project did not work in Premiere Pro through Motion Bro, since Motion Bro did not support Premiere Pro.
