Hi I am a windows user, I have after effects 2021 and whenever I try to install the “MotionGallery” ZXP it says that it is not compatible with my version of AE. I checked the list of compatible software and it stops at 2020. If you could help me out that would be great as I have paid for the product but am unable to use it .

I just purchased and it has to convert it from a windows to a Mac and it just hangs at 99% every single time. I’ve got a brand new Mac Mini with 16Gb ram, doesn’t hang on anything else I’ve given it. Any ideas?

10 Star. For both quality and customer service. I had a project that required callouts and searched the internet. I found a couple but nothing as comprehensive as what Media_Stock offers. I watched a tutorial video before I purchased to make sure I understood. I had some questions so I emailed Rocky at the email address that appears at the end of the tutorial. He responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. I purchased the Call Out Pack and have been using it in my project. The tutorials seem complex for a non regular after effects user but if you watch them a couple of times things start to become obvious. Rocky has been extremely patient with all of my requests and questions. If you are looking for Call Outs then this is for you. The interface browser makes it so easy to pick the call out you want. Along with the accompanying tutorial , even not being proficient in after effects made it really simple to add that next level of professionalism to my project.
