Since the animation at the time of transition between the scenes are connected you need to adjust the in point of few layers and also adjust the keyframes of the out animation in the control layer. And it requires bit more of After Effects skill. And the project is modular structured so the number of slides also can be increased. But this also require bit of AE skill.
