Hello!!! I have a problem, maybe I maybe it’s my fault…
I load the project….. and the same error appears a lot of times :

Great template! What is the font you used in the very last part. where is says “Your App Name”?

The file is missing huge chunks of graphics. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Hello, The file is not missing any chunks of graphics. One should have a good knowledge of Adobe After Effects & Element 3D before purchasing this template. This template uses Element 3D plugin as mentioned at the top of the description clearly with the use of big banner.
But if this template is not working out for you, you can contact Envato Contact Support for dealing with the refund.

If this work was on an urgency, I would like to tell you that one of our templates is similar to this and also it doesn’t use Element 3D plugin so if you want to download it you can.

I was able to connect the phone models to scene 2. But not able to for any other scenes. I am not getting the prompt to relink the model in those scenes. What should I do?

Hello, When the project starts, an alert message tells me that there is a reference to a missing effect (“Elements”). But I can not find it and can not display scenes with mokeup iPhone … Unusable project. Thank you for telling me where I can find (and how I can install) this effect. Thank you

author also flags comments that publicly requests a refund
Thanks for proving me right. I simply pointed out (factually) what you already admitted, that I couldn’t use your product because you didn’t include any helpful instructions, you followed up to confirm what I pointed out by saying in effect “yeah sorry, we’re working on it, but you’ll be able to use it in the future at some point”. I replied by saying that in effect buying something in hopes that it might work in the future doesn’t work for me (and isn’t really helpful for any average Envato user) and thus a bad purchase where a simple refund would be better.
Instead of just responding to the simple refund request (or pointing me in the right direction that), you decided to ignore it and immediately flagged the comment so others simply wouldn’t see it. Now you decided to attack me personally and unprofessionally instead of simply supporting your product, addressing the reason I reach out, or providing a refund, yet somehow it’s me that is childish and hateful and implying that I lied? Wow. Thanks for showing everyone else what to expect from you after becoming a paying customer as I did. Simple customer service skills will take you far. Being an Envato author doesn’t grant you the right to attack me or any other Envato user.
Imagine for a moment you took your car in to have it worked on so that you could drive away with a car that was fantastic and drove better than ever before (sort of like my app would after your video project, which by the way I think is frankly awesome). Imagine that I pay money up front to the mechanic only to drive away with like a wheel or two missing. He simply tells me, yeah we know the wheels are missing right now but we’re working on it, and you’ll be able to drive it at some point later. You have an awesome car now though. Sure – I have an awesome car now, but I can’t use it and thus doesn’t really do me any good now. It would be better for me, if the mechanic can’t tell me anything about what to expect, to simply request a refund and go elsewhere. But if the mechanic instead decided to simply ignore that request and cover it up (and attack me as you did) of course I would call him out for it to prevent others from making the same mistake. On the other hand, if the car mechanic had simply said “oh my gosh, you’re completely right, we’re so sorry, we’ll have those missing items to you in the next 24 hours”, I probably would have just said, “no problem – things happen man”. So frankly, this seems like a pretty poor way to conduct yourself.
Yes. We didnt provided tutorial since we thought we wouldn’t be having any issues with the file but unfortunately our customers faced the issur and we updated video tutorial within hours. You can see another comment on this product if you think we didnt responded on time.
Authors dont have option to intitiate refund, if it would have been in our control then we would have done it on a priority. Secondly I didnt flagged your comment so that others cant see it. We flagged so that Envato can see it and they can proceed with the refund. The part we didnt liked was that you without even contacting us started defaming our product. I will talk to Envato for your refund. Don’t worry.

Just because you didn’t like what I said, or that I didn’t reach out privately as you now suggest, it doesn’t mean that I was “defaming” you. I was stating facts, which you have agreed with now twice. How does that justify deflecting, and attacking me personally, calling me “childish”, “trolling”, or ‘lying’ (which you’ve also now brushed off and not addressed nor apologized for)? Someone else left a comment with an identical issue and you apparently delivered to them today a missing file, or full instruction set so they could actually use your product, but for me, you decided to get defensive and just attack instead of addressing the real issue at hand.
On the refund request, that makes sense, but you might know that information, as an author where I don’t, the normal consumer and buyer of your goods. Instead of calling me names, you could have simply said “hey sorry this happened. just contact these guys, or go here… [link]” etc. or better yet “what sort of trouble are you having? How can I help?”
In this last comment I probably expected something like “oh, sorry I misunderstood what you said and I jumped to conclusions, sorry for getting defensive and attacking you personally for things that had nothing to do with what you were having trouble with”, but it was simply “well… it’s justified because I didn’t like what you said, or how you said it”. Again, just a poor way to govern yourself in my opinion. You really made this something that could have been handled in one short comment but instead bombed it by getting defensive.

Wow. Awesome experience and quick reply from millionframes. I emailed him and he immediately emailed back and came back with an amazing tutorial that explained everything. Turns out it was just a button I needed to press that I normally don’t press in other tutorials with Element 3d effects files. Once I pressed that button, everything was a breeze from there. Thanks millionframs! I will definitely use you again in the future!
