How do I get it refund??, it doesn´t work as advertised, it block premiere and it´s unussable.
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. We can help you resolve this. The text presets run natively in Premiere Pro so normally this should work seamlessly with the software. Is there a specific preset/ credit segment, that you are experiencing this with?
If you can send us a quick screen video/ screenshots of the problem, this can help us identify any issues and help you accordingly. You can reach out to us on: stephanzammit@neuronfx.com
As for refunds, refund requests can be made through the official Envato team portal, since they take care of purchases and money related issues.
I´ve send an email right now with a video. not the worst example, but pretty obvious anyways.
i´m only interested in the rolling credits, none of them work propperly
Thank you for your reply and email. I have replied to you via email.
I am trying to use this in Premiere Pro 2022 and the scrolling credits are lagging by a few seconds when I try to edit the text. It is making it very hard to continue. I click on the text and a few seconds later the curser will show up. then i type and a few seconds later I see the typing. The lag is unbearable. Pleas help.
Hi, Thank you for reaching out to me.
Is it possible to send me a quick email with maybe a screen grab video, or similar, so that I can identify any issues and help you accordingly? You can contact me on stephanzammit@neuronfx.com
Hello, I’m having some issues with the credits jittering when playing back I’m in a 4K timeline at 23.976fps. Thanks
Hi, this could be happening since the project is optimized for 25fps. That said, it is very easy to change the FPS by modifying the sequence settings.
When you choose the credit design you would like to use. For example: Rolling Credits 01. Simply enter into it and go to: Sequence > Sequence Settings. From here you can change the Timebase from: 25 to 23.976 FPS. Of course if you use other designs, make sure that you repeat this step. Finally repeat the same step in the sequence named: ‘Combine Credit Designs here’. This way the project is 23.976 FPS throughout, which should eliminate most jitter when rendering.
Just a general note; rolling credits jitter is something that is very common even in hollywood and blockbuster films, since it is also dependent on the screen that is displaying it, its refresh rate, etc. This is impossible to eliminate completely due to it being shown on different screens and theaters.
The essential graphic does not provide the ability to change the font and is continually crashing Premiere Pro CC2020. I would like a refund.
Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. As for the credit sequences and most of the assets in the kit that work directly in Premiere pro, these should have the ability to change the fonts, directly in Premiere Pro. While yes, as mentioned in the item description, the 15 miscellaneous credit designs that are designed in After Effects, don’t have the ability to change font directly within Premiere Pro. We have provided the After Effects version for these from which one can change fonts, etc.
As for the crashes, this is the first time this had been reported. If you would like to send us screenshots or anything that could help us solve the issue, we would really appreciate and will try to help you find a quick solution. You can send an email to me on stephanzammit@neuronfx.com
As for refunds, these are not directly taken care of by us and you will need to submit it through envato market.
Let us know should you need further assistance.
Changing the sequence settings to 23.98 (us american film standard does not work can you please help or provide some input?
Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you change the sequence settings frame rate to 23.98, it should still work normally. Just make sure that you change the frame rate of all the sequences that you are using. So for instance, if you are using rolling credits 01 that are used within the ‘Combine Credit Designs Here’ sequence, make sure to change both sequences to the new frame rate. Apart from that everything should work normally.
Will this work with CS6 by chance?
Hi, thank you for your message. It uses features from CC 2018, so it will only work on CC 2018 and more recent versions.
So I figured it out, I was trying to export at 24 FPS and that was causing the rolling credits to jitter. If I export at 25 FPS it runs smoothly…now the question is: How do get smooth rolling credits while exporting at 24 FPS?
Thanks

Does it correspond to Japanese font size? Does it work in Japanese?
Hi, it should work with any font, as you can adjust font sizes, etc. It should also work with any language, that said, we never tested it in Japanese. If you would like, you can contact us through our profile page, and we will be able to send you a small preview of the project so you can check that it works well.
It might not seem like it but this is crazy useful, way faster than making it yourself, a definite must have.
