You can use any fonts. I used standard (arial) so that there would be no problems.

Hello, we just bought this and installed it. The extension is showing up in after effects, purchase code is accepted and we can see all thumbnails. But if we want to add it (by pressing plus icon or dubble click), its saying: File xxx not found.
We checked and all aep files are in this folder: / Library / Application Support / Adobe / CEP / extensions / HUDlibrary \ res \ pf \

I’m on a Mac and the ZXPInstaller just put the folder on the root of my application folder. I then tried this suggestion “Hello. Check whether there are project files (project name) .aep in the folder (for PC) – C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Adobe \ CEP \ extensions \ HUDlibrary \ res \ pf \ (for mac) – / Library / Application Support / Adobe / CEP / extensions / HUDlibrary \ res \ pf \ if there are no files then try to reinstall. If you have an “extension manager” installed, try uninstalling it, restart your computer, and then try installing the extension again using ZXPInstaller. It is known that when installing, the Extension Manager causes strange conflicts.
