Press the “Hide all layers” button. Then you can disable the “BG” layer. If you also want to remove the keywords you can enter the !Logo Reveal Animation” composition and disable the “Keywords Fly-Through Animation” layer.

Which version of After Effects do you have?

Please enter the “Keywords Fly-Through Animation” composition. It´s in the “Pre-Comps” folder. There you have “Camera 01”. You can just change the animation of the position.

Unfortunately not, this is an After Effects template.

Generally it is possible to extend the length, but you have to change and re-time all the animations and the camera movement. This is time consuming and requires experience.

You can put in a countdown or whatever you want instead of the logo.

Changing the words is of course possible and easy. You can watch the customization tutorial on my website (link in the items description).

Authors cannot refund. You would have to contact Envato support. But I honestly doubt that not being successful with a customization is a reason for a refund. For details about customization prices please send a private message or mail.

As written in the items description Optical Flares is optional, but not required. There are two versions included, one with prerendered flares and the original file that uses Optical Flares. If you don’t want to change the flare styles, you don’t need it.

Render duration depend on many things, not just cpu. I would say it’s normal, but it’s on the longer side of render durations for this template. Thanks for your purchase!

another thing is ist possible to just render our the background animation so i can insert into another part of the video to make whole video more consistent…

1. Enter the “FOOTAGE PLACEHOLDER” comps and change their size. Then enter the according “Footage” composition and change that size as well.

2. Easiest way is to pre-compose the “Setup & Render” comp and use the time remapping effect. Everything else is really complicated, because you would have to change each keyframe of the whole project.

I think that you purchased another template and not this one. Please check back and contact the author of the template you bought.

Yes, with a regular license you can create one intro, that you can use in multiple videos. If you create a new intro, for example with another logo or title, you would have to purchase another license.

Generally, it is possible, but you need a bit of After Effects knowledge. It´s not difficult, but you need to change the background in the right composition in the project.

Thanks for your purchase. Well, you would need to change the camera animation, but then you would also have to change the reveal animation as well. So it´s a bit difficult, but possible.

No, that won´t work with this reveal.

Thanks for purchasing the template and for your comment! I created it on a 6 core PC and had no performance problems. But if you work with the 4K version in full resolution, it can get a bit slow. Turn down the preview resolution to 50% or even 25% – still enough to work with. What you also could do is to turn of a few layers in the Keywords Pre-Comp during customization and turn them on again before rendering.
