When I load the pack up I’m not getting any thumbnails previews on any of the aeps.
Hi there, please make sure the PR or the AE language is English and make sure you didn’t store the package which you want to use on any external storage devices.
Thank you for the quick reply. I can confirm it is in English and it is installed locally. I had this running on my old computer and it installed fine before. For some reason it’s not showing me any of the thumbnail previews inside of After Effects. Please help.
I also notice on the FX Master AE splash screen, it’s saying “766 items” I thought it was supposed to 850? That’s what I bought.

Thank you, I’ve looked into that article however my problem isn’t listed there. I still tried some of the trouble shooting solutions and they did not help. Im not sure what I should do.
You’re very welcome. Please follow all the steps of the article and then if the issue still exists, please remove the Fx master package from the Motion Factory panel. Then open the Fx master folder to see our items categories, now copy them to a new folder outside of their parent folder ( a new folder in the totally new place ), and then try to import them to see if the issue happens again or not.

Ok. So while I had AE live and open, I went to Finder (on a Mac) and I moved the Fx master folder to a new folder outside of the parent folder to a totally new place. When I did that the connection was broken and the Motion Factory panel couldn’t find the Fx master package. I removed it from the Motion Factory panel and then reloaded it from the new location and its working fine now. My problem is resolved. Thanks for trying to help.

I cannot import any of the Packs I bought . I click import folder and Navigate to the Pack folder and it does not appear in the Motion Factory Extension

More of a question, but, I’m supper confused with the licensing stuff. I’m new to freelancing etc. Am I able to use these effects etc. in animated overlays etc. I make for ppl? They will be paying for the work. But given the licensing chargen. I’m not sure which one to buy or if I’m even able to do what I want.

Okay, but its for only one end product from what it says.. which seems ridiculous for 500 something elements and only one end product
If you want to use the package just for one brand or one company you can use it as many as you want.
I freelance twitch/YouTube overlays for streamers.. So as awesome as having 850 pre-made elements would be for time saves. I don’t think the way the licensing works for me
so there is no issue with your license as long as you are working for yourself as a one brand then purchasing one extended license will be enough for you
Yes I work for myself and pick and choose who I do overlays etc for. So I can Buy one extended license and it be good for ever? or? And I can make more then one end product? Like different overlays etc for different ppl. Thats the wording that confuses me
Actually yes as you are working for yourself and sell the items to different people you count as a one brand and so one extended license will be good to go
So the what does the 1 end product mean then?
If you want to use it for yourself or for just one brand or one company, you can use the package as many as you want.

I bought and downloaded the pack and followed the instructions all the way through but for some reason everything is super low resolution. I installed the Motion Factory and try to pull the assets through there but it still comes out looking very low rez. Also attempted redownloading the pack and extracting it multiple times with no change. Would appreciate any tips. Thank you!

I already have Motion Factory version 3.2.8 and I also have this excellent pack: FX Master – Cartoon Action Elements
I see that there is now an update available for this pack. Can the update be done from within Motion Factory? Or must it be downloaded and then imported into Motion Factory?

Hello , there are MOGRT files which you can use Essential graphic panel feature of Premiere ( you can google it ) or you can use Motion Factory extension as described in https://help.pixflow.net/portal/en/kb/articles/motion-factory-installation and then import FX Master folder

Hi there, You don’t need to purchase it for each video. you just need to purchase a package for each brand you are working with.

When I have read that you asked for help to your wife, I laughed because, when I’ve tried to instal this item, I thought… “maybe I should call for helps from some friends to… instal an item from VideoHive”. I use to use items with extension, I’ve bought several onces already, and that one and expecially the fact that they didn’t update the video tutorial is really confusing. Then I thought it’s not something normal, and at least, that kind of practice doesn’t meet my standart. For Pixflow, selling an item without updating their tutorial for the installation is something normal, it’s their standart. So, if it’s like that about the installation process, how it would be about the item itself? I think many people who bought that product struggle too, some of them are just too lazy or just piss-off to write a comment. And “best”, when I’ve tried to contact them throught their website, it requested to create… an account. Hmmm, seem they like to make everything complicated for their customers.
Actually creating a support account is not very complicated , about 99% of help centers require an account creation so they can contact you back with your email address , if you are not willing to create an account please contact us by sending email to help@pixflow.net
Well… “complicated” or not, depends of how you see it. From your point of view (as the one or the company who implemented it) or from a customer point of view. You can ask to the customers above what “complicated” or “struggle” means to them. On most of websites, contacting the company is very… simple, straight to the point, a form or a “help@domain.com” is easily accessible. Easy.

Hi gamoolad, you do not are alone in this case. The installation process is very confusing. I bought it and I still can’t use it. It’s not really what I call a good user/customer experience. I still wait they answer me and explain how to instal it. I bought several products using extension, 5 or 6. I don’t know how to instal that one and seem they don’t answer. Really desappointing. Seems they don’t answer to my comment above. I sent them an email a few days ago, I still don’t have any answer from them. Pixflow, allo? Is there anyone to help people who bought your product???

1 – Please download Motion Factory ( not Motion Factory Classic ) from https://pixflow.net/download/motion-factory
2 – Follow installation guide for Motion Factory https://help.pixflow.net/portal/en/kb/articles/motion-factory-installation
3 – Now you can find that extension in window >> extension >> Motion Factory
4- When you opened the extension and created your free account you can click on “import” button to import folder or files
Please import proper folder and no zip file
