For some reason the RTFX extension isn’t showing up in After Effects. It was when I was last using it a few months ago, but now I’m trying to see it and I can’t. I’m on a Mac with After Effects Version 17.5.1, so I did upgrade from the version of After Effects when I was last using the extension. How can I fix this?

I just purchased the RTFX generator pack and succesfully installed it to my After effects program however I am unable to open anything in the program as the logo is the only thing that pops up in the extension window.
