Hi just purchased, how do I get support? Installed the titles and transitions fine. The ‘fusion’ folder you say to use for version 17 on doesn’t exist in windows. there is an extra path from C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Templates\Edit\ but this doesn’t work either. I have tried in the latest free version and the latest studio version and neither have the folder structures. Also the templates really don’t look like the videos, even when you do the font change process

What do you mean that templates don’t look like in a video? The preview has been made in Davinci Resolve with macros from pack 
Ok you mean the folders from the download need to be placed inside their respective folders within the above path. I was putting them in the path, both inside and outside of their folders and it didn’t work. Regarding the way they look I thought they would show like the original elements. My bad and thanks for your help and I’ve left a 5 star review

Hello – I love what this pack can do in the trailer video – But unfortunately, I am not having the experience I would have hoped. I am using DaVinci Resolve 17 (not public beta) and many of the macros do not work properly. I did follow all the instructions and attempted your fix with changing the fonts but still, the animation does not look the same as your trailer video. Also, the social media animations are off—the icons are all too large. Would love some assistance.
Hi, Have you watched the video tutorial? If you have any distortions or elements that don’t fit the frame, make sure that you’ve applied the macro on the 4K resolution timeline first.
Hi, just bought and downloaded, followed the instructions but only the Titles are working. It is not working with the others macros, there were not “Transitions” and “Generators” folders in my library. I tried two things : 1- I created these two folders and placed the files 2 – I directly copied the files here /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/Fusion/Templates/Edit/ It did not work. Can you help me please ? I’m working on Studio 16. Thanks
Hi, those folders should be already existed on your Mac. What version do you use? 16.2 or previous?

Hi, i tried both, it did not work. Macros don’t appear in Davinci.
I figured out the problem. This macros have been made in Davinci Resolve 16.2 and probably don’t work with previous versions. Sorry about that.

Hi, I had problems with the “black screen ” on some elements but I saw your Youtube video and it’s working but I still have problems with the LUTS, I installed them on the correct folder, following your video but they don’t appear. BTW on Social Media the “youtube followers counters” have problems, the “like finger” and the “heart” are above the counting numbers and I don’t know how to strech this. Thank you!!
Hi, Loots file should works fine. Please, double check the tutorial. I’ve done it on different machines and systems. Also you can try to restart davinci resolve. For social media elements, you can try to add them to 4K resolution timeline first. I also explain this in video tutorial:)

I just bought this package and having trouble on the exports. I’m getting an error from Davinci stating the job had failed and the clip could not be processed: The current Fusion composition on the current frame or clip could not be processed successfully. I have other Fusion clips on the same timeline and they process completely. I’m running Davinci Studio 17 Mac OS10.14.6. Please advise.
Hi! Go to Preference<User<Ui and uncheck the “Stop renders when a frame or clip cannot be processed”. This should helps!
That worked however I see a black box when the animation closes out. I also noticed this in the timeline as well. It does not happen with other elements.

To fix this you need to extend social media element a bit. It requires more room to finish the animation otherwise it turns black.

Thanks! Ok, extending the duration worked. Just a tip, I didn’t shorten these from selecting from the bin so probably should default them at 6 seconds so people like me don’t bother you! Haha!
Hi , I cant seem to find many items such as hand drawn elements and luma elements ? Are they included in the pack ? Do I need to download it again? Also, could you please help with the black screen issue? There are many callouts and titles which don’t work. Thanks !

Hi, yes the files are there, I have added them in the titles folder for now but I am unable to any hand drawn ProRes in Davinci resolve titles tab. Do I need to place them in some other location? (for now I have added the whole pack in the titles folder)
The only thing not showing up in davinci resolve 17 are the a. Overylays b. Luma Transistions c. Hand Drawn ProRes Note: I have all these folders and I have added them in the “Titles” folder in Davinci Resolve. Let me know where to place them . Thanks!

Hello yura_fresh, I bought this pack recently. Please help me with few queries. I use Davinci Resolve 17.0
1) The folder C:\Users\ USER \AppData\Roaming\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Fusion\Templates\Edit\ does not exist. Should I create one under my username? – I used the same procedure as ver16 still works but partly
2) The fix as per youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hW0raGWriWU&feature=youtu.be does not work for all elements (e.g. callouts 1)
3) Can you provide all fonts as part of pack. Somelinks are broken and unable to download
4) Can you provide an index for all elements with example in a PDF document? It is easier that way since not all elements have preview.

Hi There, I have installed all the plugins most of them are working for me but there are many of them which just show the black screen. I tried adding it in 4K timeline, 1080p timeline but still, it is not working. I am using resolve beta 9.

I am facing issue in the latest davinci beta, the plugins like lower thirds instagram is not getting extended, it gets black. Also most of the plugins are black which makes it really hard to choose which one to use. Any ETA or any solution for this please let me know

I’m buying it for my YouTube channel: I’m planning to get the regular license and on there it says that it has 1 number of end product that it can be used in: does that mean that I couldn’t use a same object in multiple different videos? Example: I cant use an arrow in video A and use that same arrow in video B? is that correct? looking foward to your answer as it will help me decide on whether i could get the pack ! it looks to be an amazing pack btw!!!
Hi, I just bought this and downloaded. I don’t understand the first part of the tutorial where you are talking about installing fonts from .txt files and installing the macro files. The instructions arent clear in the video.

Hi, In the archive you can find a txt file with links on font that you need to download and install into your system. You can follow this guide: https://support.apple.com/guide/font-book/install-and-validate-fonts-fntbk1000/mac To install macros you need to copy macro files and paste them into the correct folder under: /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/Fusion/Templates/Edit/

I’m having the same problem as many other users. I’m using Resolve 17 and only a handful of the generators are showing up. Most of them are just black. Please advise how to fix this. Not a happy customer right now

Hi, Sorry to hear this. The problem here is that Davinci Resolve 17 is still a beta version and some issues may happen. So I recommend using version 16 which has been officially released. I can’t update the template while it’s still under the beta version and it’s just a bug of the program itself. I believe that these issues will be fixed by the Davinci Resolve team in the next build. But If you can’t use a DR16 which is a more stable version I’m going to record a video tutorial on how to fix the black screen issue.

...Actually, on closer inspection, this still isn’t fixing the issue. I’m trying to view a callout and changing the font settings doesn’t change anything. This is frustrating, as I just want to view the callout to see if I “might” want to use it in my project. It’s taking too long to use. I’m sorry, I wouldn’t advertise this as being for DaVinci Resolve 17 if it isn’t compatible yet.

As Docastillo 10 I don’t have the 620 + files … but I’m waiting for you update. By the way some graphics/ call out / typography … doesn’t works. Just a black screen, nothing in Fusion Nothings happen. I try to change the folders destinations but nothing’s happen. Could you fixe it ? Thanks
