This product gives an endless loop of verifying my access code, then asking for it again. Never letting me use the product. Very frustrating

Hello, I am having trouble with the Emoji Preset. When I apply it to my tracked footage the emoji is not aligned with the face of the subject but instead it’s off to the left of the screen. Please help!

It worked the first time I opened AE after I installed it, but it won’t work again. I can’t get the Motion Bro extension to open it all. I have tried reinstalling several times, and the motion bro extension will not open for me.

I just bought it today, and have wasted hours trying to get this to work.

When I use the Pupils Adjustment Mask the pupils and eyes masks are missing. They are listed under each layer (eg. Right Pupil, Left Eye Mask, etc.), but they do not appear in the Comp Viewer. So, I cannot adjust the location of the effect. I have followed the tutorials on youtube, and I have seen An applied preset with a mask is not displayed or is not located on a face. Please help.

I keep seeing comments about only being able to use this once on a youtube video in the license?

Is this true or I can use it as many times as I want for my youtube videon in my channel?

Emoji tool it does not add in where the head is – it just put it in the middle of the comp with wrong scale and it rotate funky when I manually scale and move it into the actual face position…

I am very impressed about this product, but for now, it is just a dream because $45 in Brazil is a lot of money. Even further when the license says I can only use it for a single time or single video on youtube, for exemple. By the way I love the product and I wish success for the developers!
