Hello, I am having issues with the frame rate of this product. It is operating far below 60fps. Is there a way you could provide a 1080p version of it or refund it if there is no solution? In its current form it is unusable for me.

But please be careful with these. 1. please be sure open your scene with 60 fps. 2.please be sure play your preview with 60 fps in your used software. 3. maybe your computer get difficult to play 60 fps. 4.f you still have the same problem please contact with me via suer-art@hotmail.com l will solve your problem of course.
