Thank you so much for your purchase of our “Christmas Snowflake Intro” template and for your kind words, I’m really glad to hear you like the animation!

It’s not an error if some of the elements you see in the tutorial (or in the preview) are not included in the project files you downloaded. Certain parts are shown only as examples or references and are meant to be freely customized by you, so they don’t affect how the template works.

Regarding the city background images you mentioned: those specific JPG backgrounds are used purely as reference in the preview and tutorial, and we’re unfortunately not allowed to redistribute them because they’re subject to copyright.

The good news is that this part of the template is fully customizable. You can replace the background with:

1. Your own photos or videos 2. Similar royalty-free city images 3. Or even a simple solid-color or gradient background

There are many websites that offer free or royalty-free backgrounds (for example, by searching for “free city background images” or “royalty free city photos”), so with a quick search you should be able to find images that match the style you want.

If you’d like, I can also guide you step by step on how to replace the background inside the project.
