It is a shame that they have this template available, when it does not have all the files available (1007 project files are missing) And also the editable one is very bad. Please, upload projects from people who know how to make a collect.-
Hi sorry you are having technical issues. The project has no missing files and has gone trough review several times. Can you tell me what version of AE are you using and if you can please try opening the .17 or .18 version of the project files. This seems to be a random issue with After effects that happens from time to time.
Hello, the Footage Folder is missing 1005 items. The first folder 01 Cylinders is empty as is 02 Spheres? Could you please help with this?
Can you please write “missing” in the search field of the project panel so it show which files it is missing. Finding one of the missing files in the folder will find the rest. Either way i will check again the folder structure to see if I can fix the problem once and for all and let you know when the file has been updated. Also can you tell me when did you download the project. I recently uploaded a version that was supposed to fix that problem , can you try redownloading if you have downloaded the file some time ago.
Edit: I think the project is creating too long folder path names. I reedited the project and submitted it for approval. When it gets approved you should receive a notification and be able to download the new files.

I have bought and downloaded it. The project in after effects is missing 140 files. and many compositions don’t look right or get stuck.
Hi, sorry to hear that. Can you try locating one of the files in the “(footage)” folder using the “relocate” option. This should find the rest of the footage automatically.
Hi, I downloaded the file. When I open it with AE 2022 it seems it cant locate the 1 .psd file that is used 180 times. Once i locate the file everyting seems fine. What version of AE are you using and also in the Project panel when you type “missing” what is the name of file that is missing?

The zipped file was also not opening for me, but I just used winrar to unzip it instead and it opened fine. Great project and the tutorial is really easy to follow, thank you!
Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately I can’t control the final zip file since the files are archived by Envato when uploaded, but I am glad that you were able find a soulution to that problem and were able to enjoy the project:)
After Buying this product it will not let me open the downloaded zip file.
Hi , all the files are zipped by Envato when uploaded. I just downloaded the file, opens up OK for me. What are you using to open .zip files? Please try redownloading the file, something could have gone wrong during the download.
