I cannot even open this file I purchased and my Father’s Celebration of Life is tomorrow. I won’t hear back for 4 business days. it is a beautiful presentation… I wish I could have used it. I feel jipped.

Yeah I meant that template. Person I am making the video for doesn’t want the black ribbon.
I understood you. This is actually filmed footage. And for shooting I used a frame with a black ribbon. I will try to remove the ribbon with CG, but I’m not sure about the result. I’ll let you know if I can do this.
