Hello, I’m having trouble with importing the transitions into PR. When importing, a dialog box pops up telling me that several hundred pieces of media are missing. They are not, but they are not linked to the project. Is this an importing mistake I’m making? Thanks!

Hi, got your pack from Envato Elements. Please help me out with this issue: when I place any transition and play back, it looks fine. Once I render or export, it creates this blown out look where it’s high contrast and the highlights are very high. This didn’t happen before. Can you please let me know what I can do to fix it? No consegui que funcionara. Pasé por lo menos dos horas leyendo los comentarios, mirando los tutoriales, cambiando la configuracion y nada. Me salen todos los archivos como perdidos luego de la importacion. Los encuentro pero luego dice error generico de importancion con la mayoria de ellos, cuando no sale ese error empieza a importar y se tilda. Hice este proceso mchas veces. Cuando consegui importar algun archivo aislado, no pude conseguir que funcionará en la linea de tiempo. Ya tuve que entregar el video en que necesitaba usarlos. Puedo pedir reembolso?

Howdy. I am having difficulty modifying the direction of the Zoom transition. In one shot, there is a path to the left, and another the focus should be on a sign at the top of the scene. How can I adjust the focal point for the Simple-Zoom-In to an edge rather than the center?

Hi. I received an email last week that says there is an update. I downloaded the file today, but notice there is no difference in the ‘date modified’ column. All files say 12 May 2020 in this download and the one I did in May. Am I not downloading the right file? Thanks.

Assets are missing.
There are only Digital Glitch, Glitch, Glitch_Maps, Light_Leaks and Shapes assets exist.
Lots of sound missing too.
Would you please tell me where are the rest?

I am confused. I belived that all effects and sounds must be in the assets folder. Any way, I am just a simple user.
I’ve already watched the tutorials and tried 3 times to import.
.
But I didn’t know that I must check the radio boxes:
“create folder for imported items” and
“allow importing duplicate media”
that was not pointed at the tutorials. But I found it when I saw another tutorial uploaded to youtube. Maybe everybody knows that already
Any way, now, when I try to import, Premiere is freezing during “locating media” process.
My Premiere version is 14.3.0 build 38
win 10 i7 9750H 32gb ram running on 256gb ssd with 50gb free
Maybe my laptop is old and insufficient, I don’t know…
Hey, yes, you need to locate the media files only once. 32 GB Ram, it’s okay.
I suggest restarting your machine. Then open the project. Locate the files. If it sticks, give it a couple of minutes. May it needs 5-6 minutes to locate everything because it’s a huge pack.
Mind you have to do this only once.
Let me know if you manage to locate them.

Im also having issues. It keeps saying media not found. I followed the steps in the tutorial and I’m still having issues. Also the download is not showing in my profile or that I even purchased it

Thanks for the purchase.
Sure. It’s easy! You need to locate the files on the Modern_Transitions_Premiere_Pro_v15_CandyMustache\02_Transitions\Assets folder.
Click locate, select the folder above, and the search and OK. Premiere Pro may ask you a couple of times to click on the “Locate” button, but it will take just 1-2 minutes to locate them all, and you have to do this only once.

hi there i just bought this pack i have Premiere 2018 but when i try to open the file it say it has been made with a different version of premiere this was quite expensive so is it possible to get a refund

Yes, the template is for CC19 and above. Mind that the update on the creative cloud for Premiere Pro is free. You can keep the 2018 version and also add the 2019 version.
If you still need a refund, you have to ask Envato for this.
