Here nothing works in Premiere Pro, the Motion Bro window opens but it always says “There are no packes for PPRO” Need Help

HI, for some reason I can install, load and normally use the graphics in AE but I cannot use it in Premiere, please provide assistance. Whenever I set the path to the right folder it shows me “there are no packs for PPRO”, but its all there. Using the latest Premiere pro version 14.5 https://prnt.sc/vfkooq

love your products, but am having a bit of trouble with the 1450 elements pack.

The elements take a looong time to load and then won’t the composition goes black (won’t update) and I have to close and reopen project to see them?

Have you heard of this or is it a AEFX issue?

Need help! Since the new version of Motion Bro 3.1.2 (Windows) I can still open the extension in AE and I can still see my packages that I bought but there is no preview that I can select. I uninstalled it as described and installed it again. Same problem. I restarted the PC, same problem.

I have watched the How To Install Extension and Preset video but keep receiving an error message that reads: “Present packs are not installed: In the settings bar click Change Path and choose the directory where you store ALL packages for Motion Bro”

And when I click Change Path and go to the correct path it says “There are no packs for AEFT”

This is frustrating and I have spent an hour trying to resolve. I need to install these for work asap and can’t wait to use this awesome pack.

Hello I have some issues about Premiere Pro in Mac. :cry: It doesn’t work well and crashes always. I sent an e-mail 2 days ago. I’m waiting your answer. By the way I got support from Adobe and it’s look like the problems depends on your templates. It’s work in After Effect good. But I can’t use them In Premiere Pro. It’s always crashing.
