Premium Character Builder panel will not load in any version of After Effects for me. Do you have any suggestions? On a Mac Ventura 13.0.1. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times and tried using terminal, but it will never load the panel in AE.

It´s very expensive. Not worth it. When you work with only one character it´s ok. But if you want to put more than one, it´s a complete nightmare. The program crashes all the time and when it does not crash it became extremely slow. I´ve been waiting 15 minutes for the characters to appear in the comp. And I have 64Gb, BigSur and the latest After! Can´t imagine how it would work with less memory!

When I installed this it shows up in my extensions but as soon as I try to open the window AE crashes. Tried installing both ways… not sure what to do
