Рад приобретению, но столько всего тут. ЧТо я многие вещи не знаю как использовать. Например, там где видео вставлено бейсболиста типа во множество экранов, у меня не получается свое видео также использовать. Или неоновые лампы где по бокам((( и много другое. тяжело освоить)

Hi, the Glass and Tiles transitions work with a different way than the others. You have to place your footage inside the composition that is coming. Thanks

Hi, I am using a glass transition, I cannot see the footage underneath once the transition starts. Once the transition starts I can only see my comps default background? also the PB will not dock? and some transitions say cannot find AEP?
Hi, thanks for purchasing. On glass transitions you have to place your footage inside the composition below all layers. Outside of this comp you have to put rasterise off. We will update soon to fix the transitions that doesn’t work. Thanks
What do you mean “put rasterize off?” and why can’t the panel in my workstation, its always just floating around?

The PremiumBuilder Motion Pack with 3000 elements is for After Effects only, and the PremiumBuilder Motion Pack for Premiere Pro with 2000 elements it’s only for Premiere. The packages have almost the same elements. Check the description page of its one to see what is included.

I have had an issue also, PC Windows 10; Adobe CC 2020. Tried all methods on install, It shows up in my extensions and opens the premium builder window but when you click on an item it does nothing.

Hi, I bought and downloaded. Tried to install using ZXP Installer. It says “Installation failed because the extension invalid.” Then I redownloaded the file and tried unzipping the files using 7zip. Installed using ZXP Installer. Also same error message appears. “Installation failed because the extension invalid.”

Hello i seem to be having a few issues , I tried to install the exstension and it says instillation invalid . I then tried installing the exstension manually following the steps in the tutorial . When i try to unzip the files it says unable to process ? I’m not sure what i’m doing wrong but if you could help me please . Thank you

Hi, how do you change the final number on the counters? (Flat icons>counters). I don’t find a controller when I double click the precomps. All I see is how to change the “$” symbol. Is there a tutorial for that? I don’t find it in the download. For example, I would like the price related counters to end at $7.99.
