Hello, i already have purchased 1 extended license to use for a product that is currently still in the works. I have a completely different 2nd project that is also now in the works that i would like to use this effect pack for as well. Do i simply just need to purchase another extended license for the 2nd product?

Hey team I love the product, but I’ve realized after purchasing the After Effects version for my Mac that my computer just isn’t powerful enough to run AE. It’s way too slow and Premiere Pro just works better and is all-around faster. AE has slowed my post-production to a crawl and I’ve tried to use your version on PP…it loads but nothing appears in the PP edit window probably because I’m trying to use the AE version. Since the AE and PP versions are identical in price…I was wondering how we could go about swapping the AE version with the PP version if that’s at all possible. If I can do everything on Premiere Pro, then After Effects will not be necessary

thx. I found .zxp files. and installed. but in Ae, but clicked install button(left lower corner in RTFX panel) but I cant find Ae extension folder in opened window.
I cant find Ae extension folder. so i find RTFX.pack file in my unzipped folder. and click RTFX.pack file. RTFX logo image appear but No thumnails & no pack structure are seen in lower portion in panel.

I don’t have a .zxp file in my RTFX pack that I downloaded. I do have a .pack file, but it seems from the many videos and tutorials that I need a .zxp and to use that zxp installer. Advice? I have Ae and bought the Ae one.
I still require the .zxp file to install this extension into Ae. Please provide. I would really like to use the product I paid for.

i’m getting the msg, ‘you have already used this purchase code 3 times’. I’ve installed this pack to only one PC. And yes i reinstalled several times before. because sometimes AE doesn’t import the pack properly so i had to reinstall it. I need to use this pack asap. Help me out please.
