I am having trouble with the file in FCPX and Motion. Sent email but have not heard anything back.
I didn’t receive anything. What is the problem?
I can not get Motion to recognize the file.
Motion 5.4.3 or newer version is required. What version do you have?
Can you increase the height on the logo graphic? because my logo is square instead of rectangle so it looks very small and it clips if i scale it up.
Combine Global Scale and Scale in Generator Options. Also check for Z position. When you combine these you can put anything in placeholder

I am having issues exporting the file to quicktime once I finish exporting the logo I can’t open the quicktime file under any setting not even the original with the original logo my second issue is scaling the logo to fit the “placeholder” meaning the logo I have does not entirely fit in the window, I attempted changing the logo scale in the inspector without success.
First issue is with your Installed Codecs. Try to render it to any Apple Pro Res codec. For logo fitting if you are using Final Cut Pro X in Generator inspector there are several options for logo scaling, please combine them. If you are using Motion 5 just replace media and adjust Crop under inspector

Yes you just need to turn off background in apple motion
