As far as I remember there was a “MUSIC” precomp in that project, where you can place the purchased track and it will adjust automatically. If not, i will be able to send you all the details on Monday.

Hi, Thanks for your purchase! I am sorry you have a problem with the project. According to Adobe forums, this type of error is not because of the project, but because of the after effects itself. First try deleting all the cache files and try opening the project again. Hope that helps! Send me a message if it worked or not. Thanks!
Hi again, unfortunately, deleting cache isn’t on the system which is a Macintosh bytheway. After version is the newest CC 2020. BUT i tried on may Windows PC which has a CC 2019 After Effects. When it crashes, AE creates a file named after effects crash.aep. We tried on 2 MAC and 1 PC system.
The problem solved on PC. Continues on MAC.
Its me again. I am trying to change the font and the sizes of the characters on the text placeholder. But at the end. Its all shows up with your settings. How can i change the fonts and sizes ?

That is strange, because the project was created on Mac. Have you tried deleting the cache in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Media Cache Files ?
The size of the text in placeholder doesn’t affect the text size in final comp for your convenience. To change the final look/size of the text you should use sliders inside the “SETUP” layer, that way you can see the changing of the text size on the fly.

What font is used? I have tried to switch the font to my own choice as well but it keeps defaulting to Arial in the render and preview. The layers show the correct font

The font in the project is the default Apple font for Mac OS — SF UI Display. If you want to change the font for the whole project you should open the setup composition, select all of the text layers, and change the font for all of them. hope that helps, thank you!

hi, thanks for your purchase and sorry for my long reply, I was out of the city without the computer for some time.
in the project you have “02_TEXT_Placholders” folder. inside you have compositions, related to all of the text layers. when you want to change the text, you should open the composition and edit the text inside this comp. hope it helps!
Great product! Unfortunately, I purchased it thinking my After Affects 6 (CS6) was compatible. Is there any chance you could please export it to a lower version so that I can open the file? Thanks!
Hi! Thanks for your purchase! I am sorry the you are having some troubles with opening the project in your after effects version.
The earliest version of after effects I have access to is CC 2017(year 2017 version of AE) which allows to export the project in the format of CC2014 . The CS6 version you have was out in 2012. I tried to find the way to install the CS6 version, so I could send you the file but unfortunately Adobe doesn’t allow even to download a trial version of CS6 now. I believe the best option for you will be to get the trial version of a newer version of after effects and to export the project within the trial period.
I also found the post in the internet, describing the way you can export the project to different after effects versions – https://theblog.adobe.com/opening-after-effects-projects-from-previous-versions-and-saving-back-to-previous-versions/ From that article I can see that you can open the CC13 and export it to CC version, which allows you to then save the project for the CS6 version you have. Again, unfortunately Adobe has blocked both CC13 and CC versions and I cannot install trials anymore. So maybe some of your friends can help you with these versions exports.
