Hi, Thanks for the purchase from VideoHive. And sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. This MOGRT file is created for the Adobe Premiere CC 2019 Version 13.1.5. If your Premiere Pro is older than this then please update the Premiere Pro in the Adobe Creative Cloud.

If you want to use your videos or images in this template first it should be opened in Adobe After Effects CC 2019 to place your media in to the placeholders. Then you have to export this as a MOGRT file. You can check the PDF help file for your reference.

And the given MOGRT file should be IMPORTED from the Essential Graphics Panel in the Premiere pro CC 2019 version 13.1.5. You can’t open this MOGRT files in the Premiere Pro directly. Working in Adobe After Effects and converting it to MOGRT for Premiere Pro is a long process and that is not why I bought this in the first place. I tried importing the Mogrt from the essential panel but it didn’t work. So once again, kindly get me the Premier pro project file so I can work or better still get me a MOGRT version for Premiere Pro CC 2019 13.0
