I just purchased this and need help. I’m getting an error that says the Legacy Titler is no longer supported. Is there a workaround or should I ask for a refund? Thanks in advance.

I am getting this error: The Legacy Titler is no longer supported. Premier Pro will convert each legacy title into a source graphic and all timeline instances will be replaced.

This means I can not edit the titles. Is there a work around?

Hi I have bought this template and I wanted to use it for an interview that has around 3×30 seconds of footage. Now I have the template I see it only has space for 10×6 second clips. Is there any way to extend the duration of the scenes or is this a template that I won’t be able to use now?

Bought this template yesterday and now my Premiere Pro (v2020) is crashing as soon as I import it in my project and start working on it. Is this a known issue?

tried emailing you a question about how to best add scenes into the project but have not heard back… I see there are 10 scenes but a project am working on requires about 30 more seconds of animations with different media/text. What is the best way to add additional scenes after the 10th scene to be able to finish the video? can you help?

I, too, am having the same issue as ASAPiQ mentioned approximately 2 months ago. When I have opened this template is Premier Pro 2019, I only get the first 7.12 seconds and everything else is missing. Not sure what to do?

I am very new to Premier Pro, and am obviously doing something wrong. I am using Premiere Pro 2018, and after I specify where the new location of the files are (upon error in locating files), Premiere Pro runs the first media segment (7.12 seconds), and that’s it. I don’t understand how to load/get the remainder of the template. I apologize for my ignorance here, yet I am frustrated. Can you help me?

pre sale question: can use this template with longer and more clips? actually i want to keep plexus overlay on whole film and want to use square grid transition with a few clips. is that possible?
