Hi, the project does not open in Premier pro. The path of all files is incorrect. It gives import error and if i locate the file it gives me file import failure:The importer reported a generic error message. I have tried in 3 PC’s getting same error. Help me to solve.

The fact is that we transferred this project to Premier quite a long time ago. In the 2018 version, the font replacement option was simply missing. I understand your problem and we are already working on an update, I can’t say exactly how long it will take, but I don’t think it will be until next week.

Basically, our team will screen record videos on them solving tech problems and want to be able to simply drop that video into a premiere template like yours with an INTRO and OUTRO and be done with the video. Hi, thank you for you answer. I just used Premier on another computer in English and I still have the same problem. The original route has folders in Russian and when trying to change each resource Premier gives an unexpected error and closes, I have already tried it on 3 different computers. I appreciate the help you can give me.
