Hello, I bought your Graphic pack (TOKO 2.0 2019) pack but after going through all the installation steps, I can’t view them on my Premiere pro 2020. Is there something we can do about this?

Please forgive me I am coming from Vegas Pro and even than just a hobbyist. Why do people seem so hesitant using bundles that rely on a dynamic link to AE. I see some bundles only use Premier Pro only but would that not limit their ability to control the creation? Is it because it provides an ease of use plug n play experience without really learning the applications? I am asking because for a few hours I have been reading comments and really the only gripes I really see are generally just user error and lack of reading guides etc. Just trying to make sense of everything. Thanks

Just purchased the pack, where are the sound effects? I dont see them in the pack. I only see 4 folders. Non read sound effects.

If i want to use your work for multiple projects, Which license i need to buy?

Please help: Everytime I tried to render a project with these transitions it crashes?! I see the render line coming up to a transition and the app crashes. Any idea?

is there a multi-use license available? i find it a bit pointless to buy 1400+ transition package to only be able to use it on 1 end product when i’m not going to use all 1400 of them in a single product.

Footage underneath isn’t showing in AE 2019. Instead, the screen goes black. When I turn off the comp background on the comp I’m inserting this transition in, the screen is still black. Precomping made it worse. I’ve already tried several different transitions and sent an e-mail to your support about 3 days ago with no response.
