I have premier v13 and the project files are not opening, I have downloaded and installed all the fonts but it gets stuck on “resolve fonts” window without showing any list of missing fonts.
Hey, thank you for purchase! Please, give me more info what exactly mean: “project files are not opening”. You can be sure – the files are opening ok in Premiere Pro CC 2018 v12.1 or any version above. Make sure you have actual Premiere Pro installed. Also, make sure that you try to open file from unpacked folder, not from Pack`s archive you`ve download.
Fonts – that`s ok, don`t worry – it happen sometimes: Premiere showing this window, but all the fonts installed and titles works well…

Hey, thank you very much for purchase! Please, make sure before work that you have turned off V1 track on timeline and turned on all other track. Just go to “Project file” folder inside in unziped folder and choose your resolution file. Done. Dont forget to check out short video tutorials inside “Help folder”. Thank you!

Please, re-download the archive again, unpack it by any ZIP app and check again. There must be 3 folder: Assets, Help folder, Project files. Hi, I am able to use the zoom, split, and other transitions just fine, but when I try certain folders like pan or smoke I get the icon with the hand with the circle and line crossed through it when trying certain ones. Also,the transitions with audio gets dragged over but not the video. As of right now most of the transitions don’t work for me. What am I missing? Thank you for your help.

Hi, I am still having problems opening up the preset pack. It says “this project was saved from a previous version of Adobe Premiere Pro and must be converted. The original project file will not be modified.” I have the newest version of premier installed on my pc (version 14.2) and it won’t work. This is very frustrating since I’ve been uninstalling and reinstalling to older versions to see if it will work but nothing works! I’ve had it for a week now so I will need to get refunded if this problem doesn’t get resolved quick.

Premiere send me a mensage with: This product only has compatibility with earlier version of Premiere! Doesn’t work text box to put titles and doesn’t work the second part of transitions and effects in timeline. What can I do?
