We have never encountered such a problem before. mp4 is one of the most common formats. Try updating After Effects.
Hello! I just bought Lava pack and installed it on my computer.
Entered the purchase code and everything works fine. However when I try to add it on my work computer it does not work. I know I only have one code but can I switch so I can work on my other computer instead? Thanks!
