hey! I just purchased your pack and when I go to download the zxp file from motion bros into the ZXP Installer, it keeps saying that the file is not compatible. I downloaded the latest version of motion bros…so I’m not sure what to do next. Please help me, I need to get this video done as soon as possible.

Have you tried installing by clicking the central zxpinstaller icon and selecting the zxp file manually? Could you please send me a screenshot of the error to support@alohafx.net I cannot understand where the error is happening. Please also tell me your version of After Effects.

Just purchased this pack. If i change Expressions Engine from Javascript to Legacy ExtendScript will I have issues using expressions That i was using before changing it?

99.9% of the expressions in use today are still “Legacy Expressions” the new system is still not in use by almost anyone and I believe it will take a long time for people to migrate. But you can always switch to “JavaScript” when you want to write expressions in the new language.

Parece que algo salió mal cuando extrajo los archivos descargados de Envato. También debe tener una carpeta llamada “Crear paquete” Asegúrese de que al extraer el contenido (.zip) no se extraiga en otro lugar. Sugiero que primero cree una carpeta y luego extraiga el contenido dentro de ella (es más fácil de organizar). Después de hacer esto, simplemente siga las instrucciones en la guía en español y ciertamente funcionará. Si necesita más ayuda, envíe un correo electrónico a: support@alohafx.net

Both licenses allow commercial use. The difference is that Regular is a license for unlimited videos for a SINGLE CLIENT or BRAND or CHANNEL. The extended license allows unlimited videos for Customers / Brands / UNLIMITED Channels.

The fonts automatically sync with your Adobe account. Please update your After Effects version or contact Adobe if it doesn’t work.

Hi ShaileshMM, We inform in the product description that the auto-sync system works with ADOBE fonts. We can only guarantee this function to users who use original products. I can’t tell you if the pirated versions of AE are capable of synchronizing fonts. But you can always access the Text layers and choose to use your own fonts.
I recently updated my Motion bro and now my Create Pack no longer works. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it’s still not working. It shows that the creative pack has been installed but the previews are blank and when I click on a preset I get “Can not find the file ‘MOBILE 002.aep’ in the path C:/Users/domin/Desktop/Create Pack/Create Pack and in the all of included folders: 03. Devices,a. Mobile ” I checked the create pack folder and everything is in the source folders.

I’m new to After Effects and love this pack! When I output in After Effects or Media Encoder, the colours look a lot lighter or washed out – is there a setting I need to adjust when using these templates to get the right colours?

There are several types of rendering. Sometimes direct export to mp4 can cause color variations due to compression. Another thing that can generate variations is if your project is in 8, 16 or 32 bits. Try to export to .mov and see if the color stays true.

When I click through to the purchase check I get a message saying ‘Confirm your email. After you created your account we sent you a confirmation email. You need to check that out before you can sign in. If you didn’t receive the email we can send you another one.’ However many times I click ‘Re-send confirmation email’ I don’t get anything through (perhaps they are getting caught in my company’s spam filter).

HELP – Exactly the same for me : when trying to check purchase code, appear two alert windows, first — “Purchase Code confirmed. Thank you.” and second (appears immediately after clicking “Ok” button on first) contains only one word — “cracked”.
