Hi I just downloaded and checked the file and it seems to be working fine I used Shatter effect to give some depth maybe that is causing the problem with the new version of Adobe cc. Just disable shatter effect in the Effects paramteres for bot text objects “SPORTS” & “NEWS” and see if it will solve the problem. If you still want that 3d look tell me which text you want I will write here render the movie file and email it to you so you can insert it in your composition

Hello. I have a big problem. In your design is used in image that you see in every ball. This is a photo of a room. I bought this project and I paid for it. This situation is unacceptable. In this version can not use it. This is not noticeable right away, but after a while it is very noticeable. The project is also low editable, everything is ready files. Please interventions! Very urgently need this project, but it has a defect. Please remove photos from balls and send the correct version. In another situation, I have to report the matter to the administrator of the portal.

First of all sorry for the inconvenience and I understand what you mean. That it a reflected HDR image which gives the reflective look of the ball and this is also visible in the preview video also. Inside the project explanation it says ” all the footages’ are prerendered.” which actually means that the project is in a way low editable. For the time being I can not change the balls and anything inside the project but considering your words I will make an update to the project in the near future and take the room out when I make the update.
