Just purchased this effect. It crashes my after effects program 100% of the time and does not open.
Do you get error messages? it works fine here
No error messages, gets to 2% and crashes the program 100% of the time.
i cannot get this file to open AE 18 or AE 19 will not support .mov please help

Just downloaded this and it’s great, but Scene 3 doesn’t seem to be working right, all I get is the beginning of the cap flip but then it fades out and all I’m left with is the splash and the flare. Can you assist?
Seems to be an issue with the “paricals” (I think you meant particles?) layer. On Scene 2 I can see the edge of the layer and on Scene 3 it fades in and obscures everything else.
OK nevermind, figured out that the layers in question weren’t set to Screen.

do you ever do customs videos? if we purchased this & hired you place in our logo? i’m a good web coder but I have never used my After Effects….. does this come with instructions? Is it hard?

I bought a beer commercial project but I’m having a hard time customizing the main label, as you all know most beers labels differ as in the main one and the small bale on the bottle neck but whwn you change it , it changes both labels and thsi doesnt make sense to me…help me please guys to solve the problem

It appears that the beer label in the first sequences skips frames…any thoughts? Other than that…looks cool!
liked it a lot. had to fiddle with the logo on the cap while its bouncing on the ground as it kept moving around. Also I think there is a layer turned off in the full screen spinning cap scene initially.
