Hi, after downloading it, there are 2 files. 1 blockbuster trailer and 1 blockbuster Element 3D V2. Both are after effects file. Question 1 : which one should I open ? Question 2 : Is Element 3D plugin included in the download, I know it’s required. Question 3 : If I open the second file (blockbuster element 3d v2), its shows missing Element 3D effect and I have no way to relink it. Can you please help me get Element 3D up and running. Don’t tell me I should buy it because it’s 3 times the price of the AEP i got from you. Thanks.

Thank you for purchasing the Project. As you said, this Project requires elements 3D which is not included in the Project Template. If you have two After Effect projects in the same template, usually it means that one requires 3D Element if you want to render in 3D animation, or sometime is the resolution with pre-composition project for a easy use.
If that is the case for your template, then, the second project does not require 3D element and it is 2D animation. Both have the same visual effect. The difference is, the 3D element has more details in visual effect.
hi hichamwifaq! You need to have element 3d plugin to use this project! and you need to open V2 if you have element 3d v2!

Can you please be more specify when you say you can’t open the project well … Also please keep in mind that the project work with After Effects Version CC 2015, CC 2014, CC, CS6, CS5.5, CS5 and Requires Plugins Elements 3D v1-2 and up + Optical Flares.
PS: Also the tutorial is inside the root folder you bought (Blockbuster Trailer 7 Video Tutorial)

However, several layers do not have the Element 3D settings and therefore they are coming up black. Everything else is working fine. I’ve gone through every layer. Cannot find a setting that may just need to be turned on or parented to the text. I think there’s a layer missing. Can you fix this? I’m using CC 2019.
You had the element 3D hidden under a black solid and it’s linked to the text layer but the effects aren’t coming through like on the other layers that utilize the Element 3D text effects. I need to figure this out. I’ve been trying to figure out WHY the text is showing up black and I cannot figure it out.
Ugh! Such a pain, but I fixed it myself.
Usually when you have issues with Elements 3D layers, is just a broken links with the textures.
Just relink them by accessing Element 3D interface and choses the scene material to re-link it with the texture that come with the template and everything will work out fine.

My titles are black. I moved the project to D: directory. Elements 3D v2.2.2.2106 is installed. How can I solve my problem?
Try to relink missing textures using tutorial from youtube, type in search “Element 3d Relink missing textures”;)

Bonjour j’ai essayer d’ouvrir mon fichier dans le logiciel Adobe after effects CC et ça ne marche pas du tout. Cela me donne simplement un écran de couleur comme sur les anciennes télévisions. HELP: Just purchased the Trailer and half of my text files are just black with no light on them. I have opened and reopened the files over and over. Attempted to add lights and even move lights but cannot find the problem. Extreme frustration and needed this project done by tonight. Everything was going just fine until I got halfway through the project and the text went dark

Hi! Try to update your quicktime drivers! its because your system not contains neccesary video codecs to open some footages from project!
The green screen happens in AE as soon as I open the blockbuster trailer. It claims I am missing “element” and font but I added the font already. Also when I try to watch a preview it is glitchy and has a lot of stuff missing. I added the missing files even though it didn’t ask like you should in you video. It’s been a headache trying to figure out the issue.

Hi! You need to have graphics card like a ge force or radeon with 1gb of vram minimum to work with this project, and yes you need only after effects cs5+ and element 3d v1.6 OR 2.2

I have tried working with you on the green font issue. Others are having the same issue. I have the latest greatest all the updates including the K-Light. Either find the solution, look at my computer or please give me a refund.
