Just bought your pack but having the same issues as some other people. ZXP installer gives me the error “installation failed because of a file operating error”, I have also tried manual installation but also nothing in either Premiere or AE. Is there a solution yet for this problem?
I have Premiere version 14.1 and AE version 17.0.6

My Adobe apps are all on English (North America) and my Adobe is Premiere Pro CC 2020 version 14.1 and After Effects CC 2020 version 17.0.6, but the pack does not seem to be working. Do you know how to get it to work?

Yes I have! I tried it on After Effects CC 2020 Version 17.0.6, then I deleted that version, downloaded version 17.0.5 and re-downloaded this motion pack, but still it will not show up.
Please delete any old copy from CEP/Extensions after download PremiumiBuilder Motion Pack the latest update. After Install manual as shown on documentation. After open After Effects and you will see PremiumBuilder on the Extensions menu. Thanks
I have Motion Typography, does this have many of the same files from that pack?
Motion Typography has just typography animations. The Premium Builder Motion Pack has 2000 animation elements in different categories. You are able to check the demo free version before you purchase. Thanks

Hi, I have a problem, I downloaded the zip but it isn’t possible to un-zip. I also bought the character bundle, worked fine, but the Motion one gives me this error:

I have tried re-downloading the zip, also to a different drive (I’ve tried the harddrive, and an external SSD). Running an up to date iMac pro here, so I don’t think its a hardware problem.
Do you have a solution, maybe an alternative download file? Thanks in advance

I did. It doesn’t unzip automatically though. I have to open it up, and then the error occurs. I’ve also tried it on the Macbook Pro and the Macbook Air – different OS versions, all with the same result :/
Solved: I got a different un-zip-tool from the appstore, this worked. The native mac zip tool doesn’t work still.

i tried the Instruction several times on Windows 10 with Adobe After Effects 2020. Manual and ZXP Installation.
ZXP gives me always the “INSTALLATION FAILED BECAUSE THE EXTENSION INVALID” and Manuel just don’t do anything. (i dont see any new Extensions)
I reinstalled After Effects I reinstalled and redownloaded ZXP and PremiumBuilder Motion Pack. I tried it with and without admin rights. I set the tick on the Script settings My After Effect Version is 17.01 (Build 52)
Hi, thanks for purchasing. Please download the latest AE 2020 17.0.5. Sometimes Adobe makes updates every and fix some errors. Be careful to copy the folder inside CEP/Extensions and don’t change the files after.Thanks
i updated to AE 2020 17.0.5 and looked at the folder. (don’t changed anything) still both install methods wont work

Hi There, I also just bought your product, and when I put it in ZXP Installer for the installation it tells me: INSTALLATION FAILED BECAUSE THE EXTENSION INVALID. Then I did it manually, but still doesn’t work. I have downloaded it a few times and nothing. I’m on the latest cc update and my computer is up to date. Please, I noticed in your vid tutorial that the guy in the vid has a few files within his downloaded file that I don’t have. I have the: -Tutorials Folder. -Documents Folder -.DS_Store file and the -ZXP file

Hi, thanks for purchasing. The files you found on zip file are correct. Follow the instructions on PremiumBuilder_Installation file to do the manual installation on Extensions folder. The open AE CC 2019 or 2020 and the extension will appear. Thanks
Hi, yes I did all that. When I am in AE and go to extensions, it’s in my list but when I click on it, it just crashes AE. No media viewer pops up or anything. I have a good, fast computer and have had no isses with these things before.

No I don’t yet. For now I just reinstal the ZXP Installer and I also re-downloaded the Premium Builder Pack. I’m waitting to see what will be the next stop and if it’s ok, fine. If it’s not ok I will try the manual installation and I will let you know how it goes.
Still not working but I think it’s on my side because I didn’t see that it is just for AE CC19 and above but I have CC17. Is this Package compatible for CC17 or there are a similar package for CC17?

I love the content and usability of this pack…when it works. Unfortunately, when I close my project and open it later, the extensions won’t open. When I tried to reinstall, it wouldn’t install using zxp installer. I had to delete the extensions, redownload the file from videohive, restart my computer and then reinstall.I’ve had the same issue with the Character Builder pack too. I’ve had to do this twice, so far. It’s such a good pack expect for this – Please fix!
We just updated both extensions packs to work on the latest version of AE CC 2020. Maybe that was the problem.
I have a very huge problem with the pack!!! I used previous in 2 project and work well ! I start a project today but when I add composition from panel the animation doesn’t work!!!!!! PANIC!!! The values and everything remain static…no motion. ITried in Ae 2019 and also 2020 with different type of composition (type, infographic and nothing work!!! I purchased also flat icon, bust seem to work. Then the problem is also white motion builder. Can I have URGENT support!

It takes more than 60 seconds to load each time I switch to the Workspace containing the extension. Is this normal? If not, how can I improve the load time? Currently it is a very painful wait to get work done.

On an empty project? I just timed the panel load time, and it’s actually well over 3 minutes. This is not acceptable just to load the panel on a blank project. Please advise
Did you try to clear cache memory of AE? It has to be loaded in seconds. Try to delete it from cep/extensions and install again. Thanks
Cache is clear: clean boot and fresh start of AE. Will try the reinstall.
A new install via the ZXP installer has reduced the load time to 2:10. This is still very slow to move between workspaces. What other changes might improve this ?
What do you mean by moving between workspaces? You run the extension one time and it is visible forever.
After Effects has workspaces for different tasks: https://gyazo.com/12fe8f883fb0bf08786d0d5300e0cefe. Eg. Standard, Animation, Effects, Color. I switch between these workspaces regularly to access the panels and extensions I want to do specific tasks. If I have this extension in, for example the Animation workspace, and switch to Effects, the extension is disabled, and when I switch back to Animation, the extension must reload from scratch.
