Hello , just bought this package but can’t use it with my Final Cut Pro. I tried drag and drop , i also tried add files to Generators. Nothing works! Only 2 files are “animation ” and can be added to movie files. The Rest says PNG Timecode and the don’t work!
Hello! This pack works as video file, Photo PNG+Alpha format. Make sure that your FCP version supports alpha. You can contact me by email on my profile page to resolve this issue
Hello , I sent you e-mail but we haven’t received any reply back. Our FCP supports alpha files. We actually had help from Tech Support center and were told that something is wrong with the actual files. Please send us a new downloadable effect files or refund the money . Thank you
Hello! I sent you reply as soon as I received it to your email toy* I can duplicate it here. I tried to figure out with FCP but in fact I don’t use this soft and unfortunately I don’t know the subtleties. I heard about the problem with opening some files with alpha in FCP. My files are very common and FCP should support it. Did you extract it before import? I can send you png sequence for test. Hello , Thank you for your reply. Files download as folders and mov files. But unfortunately they still won’t play. The only 2 files that play say “animation” . Do you mind sending PNG sequence for test and how doe sit work ? Thank you

The transitions aren’t the same as on the preview! Others are good.

Most of the transitions aren’t fully complete. Like they only do %50 of it.

Just bought this, do you know how to add this as a plugin for Final Cut Pro X? I’ve spent all day trying to figure this out :/
Oh, it works like video file only) just drag and drop to your editing as overlay and fill any color. If you need help please contact me by email on my page here and send screenshots of your problem)
Does it only work as a drag and drop? Or can I install it into my Final Cut Pro X as a plug-in..making it a lot easier than going to my desktop each time to search for the files.
