When I open the pre-render it says “there are a 160 missing files since the last time you saved it”, and all the projects seem to not be showing the device mockups and are showing bars instead.

In “Template Features” it says it doesn’t use plugins, but in description it says it uses Element 3D v2. Which would be correct?
Hello. This means that a plugin was used to create the project. But you can work with a project without a plugin. The description also indicates that the template is in two versions (with and without a plugin).

Yes you can. You can disable the logo layer (in any composition). Or completely remove the use of the logo for the laptop.

If I have Element 3D, is it possible to adjust the duration of each sequence? Can I make each one longer or shorter to custom length? Thanks!
Yes of course.
Would it be possible to hire you to customize the background/laptop to match our needs? Would want the laptop white and the background to have sports images. The duration of each clip would be longer. It would only be for around 45 sec of total screen time and I would send you the clips I need in the devices. Let me know if this is something you are open to. Thanks!

What differences will we see comparing plugin and non plugin versions?

Thank you for paying attention to our template. No differences, both versions are the same. Only in the version with the plugin can you edit absolutely everything. A version without a plug-in is already pre-render, so changing the color of devices, environmental occlusion, for example, can’t change anymore.
