I really like this pack but it does not work to make the lines move. In the video it shows a callout line following a skiing person but it does not work. I bought this pack because I saw that you can move the lines just like in your video, can you please help me figure this out?
Hi I am using title 6. On the purchase page, it states that angles can be repositioned. Please advice me how I can reposition the call out line for title 6. It is currently right and downwards. I want to position it right upwards.

Hi to add on, I realize that title 2 has angles tracking that allows me to change the pointer for the call out. However, the one in title 6 is missing any option to edit.

Hi in the instruction folder, there are only 2 pictures. Both showing how to import mogrt files in to premiere pro. I have done that and can work with other titles. Only title 6 which I need does not have the tracking. The others have. I need a call out box with a background that can tune its opacity, but i need the pointer line to be able to shift about, instead of being stuck only at the bottom right of the text box. I cannot move the pointer line because the mogrt does not allow me to shift it.

Hello Benjamin. You can adjust angles position through “Angles Tracking” option from Motion Graphics panel. Please note, that any parameters cannot be animate, its mentioned also in the product description. We have AfterEffects version of this package that allow to animate anything you want.
Thanks for the quick reply. However I am a bit disappointed, your demo is a little misleading. I thought I could at least animate a simple point.
Im so sorry, but currently Motion Graphic system is not supporting any keyframe animation from internal parameters. You can animate only as object layer. scale position rotation by standard Premiere tools.

Do you tried to use our product in CC 2019 Premiere Pro? At this moment CC 2020 is newly released and can be have a lot of errors.

Currently CC 2020 is unstable and im not recommending use it for commercial purposes or use it to create something serious. You can lost work that you created.
Is there someway to receive some kinda refund or credit or am I stuck with my purchase
The template working perfectly with CC2019 Premiere Pro, you can use it, or you can ask refund Envato support. Im so sorry but i have not possibility refund anything. Refunds can make only Envato support.
