Hi, I have recently purchased the effects and i am very satisfied, the effects are too cool! My problem now is that when I opened my After Effects it seems that RTFX extension is blank. I don’t want to re-install it again because I’m afraid I might lose my license. You can’t install ZXP-file as a pack. It doesn’t work like that.
1) Install the extension first using ZXP installer: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RXEAizy9XFRz8dbI71zEBlFbhhbkVWDH/view?usp=sharing
2) Then click “Install pack” and set the new path in the extension https://i.imgur.com/EDECcoX.jpg It might take about 10-15 seconds to load the structure of the pack
If you have a problem with displaying thumbnails, you need:
For Windows: – move “RTFX pack” subfolder from”AE extension” folder to root directory, e.g. “D:\RTFXpack\”. Then click “Install pack” and set the new path in the extension.
For MacOS: – move “RTFX pack” subfolder from “AEextension” folder to “Documents” folder. Then click “Install pack” and set the new path in the extension

Hi, I have read your emails. So I have to download again this RTFX the full package so the new RTFX_V2_2.zxp to run correctly. I will go to my: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/ remove the RTFX inside and replaced it with the new download RTFX. Am I correct? Thanks again.
You don’t need to remove the RTFX folder. ZXP installer reinstalls the extension by itself. Watch the video tutorial in the archive carefully. You can find them in the “Tutorials” folder.

I have just purchased but I am unable to manually install the pack. “ appdata \Adobe\CEP\extensions” leads to an error that it cannot find the path requested. I can manually open the project RTFX pack – update 2 (CS6-CC2017).aep but no success on actual installation. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Hello sorry for the late reply. I am on Windows and using Ae V 11.0..0.378. I am unable to install with the ZXPinstaller and attempting to manually use the projects seems to cause half of the effects to crash.

Well I could activate again but the part you show me on the image doesn’t exist when I can’t activate the keys, I mean, I don’t even have access to the “RTFX” that you point in the image because I need to use the key first… The solution for me here was re download the ZXP Installer and Install the RTFX again.
